Neskape is currently for sale and accepting limited bookings 60 days in advance. We are optimistic that any future owner will honor current reservations. However, if that is not the case then pending reservations will be refunded 100% in full. Full payment is not required until 30 days in advance. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to be “penciled in” with no commitment for dates more than 60 days in advance.
